Regarding Installation
Because this is a specialized panel material, there are several points that require attention during installation. When performing the installation, please read the installation manual carefully and proceed correctly.
Regarding Packaging
- 1. Packaging will typically be in a wooden crate.
- 2. Using a power screwdriver or similar tool, please remove all screws that have an indicator mark.
- 3. A protective sheet is applied to the surface, but it is thin. Please be extremely careful not to scratch the panel when removing it.
- 4. Please check the panel against the provided drawings and other documents.
- 5. An installation manual and a microfiber cloth are enclosed.

Regarding Shipping
- 1. Normally, shipping will be via consolidated freight, with an arrival time between approximately 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
- 2. Specifying an exact delivery time is normally not possible.
- 3. Time-specific delivery is possible with a chartered truck. (This will incur higher fees.)
- 4. The arrival date may be delayed depending on the region.
